We will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase, accompanied by the original invoice.

When shipping returns or exchanges back to intelligent elixirs, please ship products in the box they were originally sent to you in or in a similar box. To keep products safe from damage please do not ship our products in a padded envelope. Please note: original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded on returns and exchanges. For returns, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping products back to intelligent elixirs.
