Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused and unopened skincare products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please ensure the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received. Contact us at customerservice@ieskincare.com or call 844-643-7546

Damages or Shipping Errors

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item, we’re happy to replace it. Simply contact us at  customerservice@ieskincare.com  or call 844-643-7546 to arrange an exchange. If we accidentally sent you the wrong product, or something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
